The Caliban Sector is the location of the planet Omelos. It was the home sector of the now extinct Dilgar race.
A Babylon 5 map that has Dilger Space on it were the Caliban Sector is located.

Planet Omelos was a colony of the Dilgar race, located in the Caliban Sector. Destroyed when it's local sun went nova in 2232.
