This is the United states in 2015 to 2036 time period after a civilwar. the flag of the USA only has 5 stars, and DC, Alaska, and Hawaii and all of the colonies are the 5th states boundaries. The 4 mainland states are North-East, Northwest, Southeast, and Southwest republics.
